I registered today with a neat little site that I found called WeRead. A novel idea, if you’ll forgive the pun, of allowing authors to register themselves here and their works while at the same time allowing social networking users the option of adding authors to their listings. Amazing! I loved the idea! Personally I find it facinating as to what is on one of my favorite authors bookshelves and seeing whom and what they enjoy reading themselves when they are not writing. So I thought to myself perhaps I’m not so alone in this idea and that you might find it interesting to see what I like to read in my spare time. Spare time hmmm do any of us really have that anymore?
Now this would have been a great idea if I were able to do the simple cut and paste of the widget code into my blog here. Sadly, this was not the case as for some reason it didn’t display here like it should have. So, seeing as I can’t seem to figure out this techno blurb bit of inserting widgets into my blog, if you travel on over to the weRead website or if you have FaceBook and use this weRead application you can now search and find me listed there and find my profile. If you would be so kind as to add me in and vote for me as an author ie: become a fan, I would greatly appreciate it.
