In my internet travels I came across an interesting site called Book Doggie. This site has taken on as it’s purpose to help those writer’s who want to promote their books. The concept is easy. Writers submit their works to the site along with a listing of their own web links to promote themselves. The administrators of Book Doggie then evaluate the content sent to them and notify the writer’s of their decision about including the information on Book Doggie.
The really fascinating portion of this web site is that the site visitor who surfs on in has the option of choosing the book genre they would like to see listings for and clicking a fetch button. This button randomly gives the visitor different pages from the site’s author’s listings. Each time the fetch button is clicked a new page is given. No targeted ads are run. Amazing and completely unbiased to the authors. My koodles on the site to the administrators for seeing a niche like this within the industry and filling said need.
